lmliheng/adelie is a local-first multi-agent app development platform built on PenguinHarness. The latest commit f5b11a6 (2026-11-05 UTC) is of a `docs(progress)` nature, and it corrected the commit hashes written in the 198-round record to the two values that were actually pushed. The only file changed is `docs/FORK-PROGRESS.md`, with 2 lines added and 2 lines deleted.
The reason is the basis on which commit hashes are computed. GitHub's Git Data API normalizes commit times to UTC, so a commit authored in the +0800 time zone has a different hash on the remote. As a result, the hashes written in the ledger diverged from the remote, and those two commits were recreated in the UTC time zone, and then, without changing the content and the changes by so much as a single character, only the offset was written as +0000 and this ledger was updated to reflect it. Neither the code nor the interface was touched.
`FORK-PROGRESS.md` is the fork's progress ledger, so one row holds the changes of one round. The earlier rows were reorganized from keeping the reason for a failure only in a briefly appearing notification (toast) to keeping it on the screen. Among them, row 7.87 states that when saving the internal employee handbook is rejected, the reason remains on top of the draft.
That said, this change is a correction of the commit hashes and time notation inside the ledger, not new code or a release. As for whether the result of recreating the two commits in UTC remains in the same form as the original history, there is no basis other than the description 'the content and the changes are identical'. The test pass counts and the disproof procedure in the ledger are also records left by this repository itself, not results confirmed from outside. Therefore it is more appropriate to read this commit as a correction of progress records rather than a release, and it is difficult to judge what degree of completion this project is at based on publicly known facts alone.
