lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscar is a collection of tools for creating film styles with code alone, inside Claude Code. According to the repository description, 66 styles are each composed of a style prompt and a demo film made with code, and no video generation models are used. The 2026-11-07 commit 5c05490cc55dfb54f8f4c333f0f0e79cb6500564 fixed the problem where the game-show style demo stalled on a fresh clone.
The cause was the fonts. The .woff2 font fragments are covered by gitignore, so in a freshly cloned state demo/fonts/ is empty and the build stalled at the picture events step while waiting for the page. The commit newly added fetch_fonts.mjs, which downloads six font families from Google Fonts (with OFL and CREDITS references) under the same file names as before (the f0 series, Fredoka as fr0), and rewrote fonts.css so that it points at those files. build.sh now contains, as step 0, a condition that runs node fetch_fonts.mjs only when fonts/f0.woff2 is missing. The same naming rule and the same approach were already in use for the halftone-dossier style. The full build order is fonts, page (assemble + build), shouted calls (Kokoro) and the voice check, picture events, score + mix, subtitles, picture (30fps), master, and the page step is produced with python3 assemble.py and build.py.
That said, this change only automates the build preparation for one style's demo. Network access is required when demo/fonts/ is empty, and because the script overwrites fonts.css, changes are left behind in the working tree. Running the demo also requires node and playwright-core (npm install). A comment in build.sh clarifies that the poster and gallery style frames came from a 2023 scene and are not regenerated by this script. The status of the remaining style demos, the repository version, and license information are not in this commit. In short, it is a change that automates the font preparation needed for reproduction, lowering the entry barrier for demo builds.
