devswha/ovis v0.4.21 is the release of Ovis, the browser and phone client for herdr. In the October 30, 2026 GitHub release it added a guide to finding and installing coding agents on first run, along with the ability to log in to Claude Code and Codex from the browser. It also includes the ability to comment on part of an agent's answer and carry that comment into the next message.
Ovis provides chat and a live terminal for Claude Code, Codex and agent panels, and supports connecting to remote PCs over SSH as well as web push notifications. This version shows the artifacts page for Claude Code sessions enabled in settings. Artifacts point to outputs generated during a session. Agent version and account information are also gathered on one screen, and it fixes loading indicators on slow connections along with several screen issues. So this update improves not only the first step of accessing agents, but also the screens that handle conversations and session outputs.
That said, the change concerning the artifacts page is explicitly scoped to Claude Code sessions enabled in settings. This record alone does not show whether Codex gets the same artifacts feature. Ovis's description presents it as a client for herdr, so it is more accurate to read this change within the stated login and session scope than to interpret it as an expansion of support for all coding agents.
