brekkylab/backlot is an emulator that reproduces enterprise SaaS APIs such as Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and S3 locally. The 2026-11-06 commit eb6882744dbc252358148c2b02310867957c4ddd removed Linear's Query.agentSessionSshAddress entry from the baseline file backlot/fidelity/baseline/linear.json. The change is 1 file and 11 lines (2 additions, 9 deletions), and the baseline measurement date changed from 2026-11-05 to 2026-11-06.
This file is the baseline that records how closely backlot matches the real Linear API. The commit message states that, as of 2026-11-06, the schema of api.linear.app does not have agentSessionSshAddress, and that querying this field returns the same response as for an unknown field. Leaving a field that is missing on the Linear side in the baseline would push the emulator in the direction of producing values that do not exist on the actual server. Because the baseline is a file that follows the current shape of the server, removing the entry for the vanished field is the correct thing to do.
The comment on the deleted entry contained the reason why Linear's own description marked this field as internal-only. The substance of this change is that the premise that it was an internal-only value has disappeared. However, this does not mean that backlot has started to emulate agent sessions. The same comment states that agentSession, agentSessions, agentSessionSandbox, agentActivity, agentActivities, agentSkill, and agentSkills still remain as gaps, and the comment on the Query.agentSession side lists the roots remaining in this group again.
The baseline file also still holds a record that, measured against api.linear.app on 2026-09-29, Linear's AgentSession has 32 fields, of which 5 are deprecated. In other words, this repository observes and records the agent session surface but does not emulate it. This commit only precisely removed one item that had disappeared from that surface in the baseline; it is not evidence of a feature addition. The figures written here follow the measurements recorded in the baseline file and are not a separate independent verification. If Linear later expands this group again, it will show up in a subsequent commit.
