bimsonz/keel is a Git platform for software agents. There is no published version information, and according to the repository description it is based on Cloudflare Workers and Artifacts. It is a TypeScript project released under the MIT license. It provides a flow in which an agent's changes are placed in a separate repository and are merged into trunk through a verified merge queue.
The platform compares the premises that each change declares it depends on against what is actually derived from other changes, to find conflicts. When a conflict is confirmed, it automatically writes a regression test that proves it, leaving it behind as a regression check on trunk. Verification runs in a sandbox with no credentials, and trunk is advanced only for judgments that pass. Judgments made by humans are also recorded together with the tests that served as their basis. It also provides REST and MCP APIs, @keeltown/sdk, the keeltown CLI, and the Mission Control web console.
This design focuses on inspecting conflicts among changes that agents make at the same time, and on recording the basis of decisions together with tests. However, the repository has no public releases, so the change history or release status of the deployed version cannot be confirmed. Therefore, what can currently be verified is only the functionality and structure described by the repository, and it should not be read as material showing results in actual operation.
