agentmash-dev/agentmash-cli is a coordination tool that lets multiple developers running coding agents in the same repository stay aware of each other's file edits. The repository description mentions Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and 17 additional agents. Before editing, an agent can check whether another agent is already working on that file, and after editing it reports which files changed and why. This is not a new release of a specific version; it introduces the repository itself.

The purpose of the tool is to reduce cases where one agent's changes are later overwritten by another agent. Hooks before and after editing pass the file and the task context into a team space, and when a collision is possible they point the agent to read the file again. The repository includes hooks for several agents, a command-line tool, and an MCP server. MCP is the interface that connects agents to external tools. Protocol documentation and contribution guidance are also provided. The implementation language is JavaScript and the license is MIT.

The guidance document explains settings in which information such as parts of prompts and file paths may be transmitted. So it is important before adoption to check what information flows into the team space. The provided information includes no measurements showing conflict detection accuracy or the effect of adoption. The tool's real usefulness has to be verified against each team's agent setup and way of working.
