rsi-labs/rsi-chip is a suite of Rust-native electronic design automation (EDA) tools aimed at workflows where agents carry out digital, analog and physical design. EDA is the field of handling chip design work with software tools. The provided repository record has no description or license, and no latest release is registered.

The project splits the tools by design domain so they can be used separately, and places an eda-api facade so that automation can invoke them from a single entry point. A facade is an interface that wraps several capabilities and is called from one place. The data-driven regression target has 15,101 uniquely named cases, and reports success and failure separately for each case. Of these, 3,110 are analog mixed-signal circuit cases. The hardware description language front end executes a subset of SystemVerilog. The supported items are class declarations and inheritance, superclass constructor calls, handle assignment and comparison, and object identity comparison. The repository tree contains 154 files: 105 Rust sources and 37 test-related files.

That said, the repository has only 2 commits. So what can be confirmed at this point is the tool composition aimed at agent-centric design and the scope of the regression cases, and it is hard to judge maturity or actual usage from these numbers alone. Release and license information is also absent from the provided record, so the distribution status and terms of use cannot be verified.
