cskwork/scopeweaver v0.5.0 is a release that adds safeguards for local Ollama inference to ARTEX's English and Korean localization repositories. The core changes are request priority and network blocking policy. The repository preserves the AGPL-3.0 copyright notice. This version focuses on adjusting queued requests and access boundaries rather than on new inference features.
Pending approval decisions and main agent and auxiliary query requests receive an empty inference slot before background jobs. This is not a way to take slots away from work in progress. Inference that has already started is not interrupted, and a FIFO order is kept within the same group, processing earlier requests first. The approval decision profile follows the native profile used in actual execution, with defaults of 90 seconds and ask. After 300 seconds it expires as deny. An approval decision is the procedure that determines whether agent actions are permitted, and this change aligns the profile that decision uses with the execution configuration as well.
The local_llm_only mode allows only loopback and explicitly trusted ranges. It blocks private networks, IPv6 ULA, Docker addresses, link-local and multicast, and rejects redirects and proxies as well. Strict mode blocks web search and connectivity checks even after the session is already open, and also blocks update checks and downloads. Therefore, destinations that do not specify an allowed range, and bypass paths, are not permitted under this setting. The material contains no performance comparison results, so it is not possible to judge how much request wait times changed. The change this release shows is not execution performance but a narrowing of access control on the local path.
