deusdata/codebase-memory-mcp v0.12.1 is a release that recovers the installation path that was blocked in v0.12.0 and brings Helm charts into the knowledge graph. This project is an MCP server that indexes codebases into a knowledge graph. The changes are recorded in the GitHub release description.

In v0.12.0, the npm, pnpm, pip, and Go wrappers rejected archive members larger than 256MiB, so the 331~335MB binary could not be installed on any platform. This release removed the size limit from the three wrappers. Homebrew was changed to install the current release's static -portable build instead of 0.10.3. Use pkg/go/vX.Y.Z tags for version pinning in go install. A smoke test that installs the binary from the actual release archive and verifies its behavior was also added to the npm, PyPI, and Go wrappers.

It adds as graph edges the relationships between rendered Kubernetes objects, values files, and images in Helm charts. As a result, it can express the path from HelmRelease through Chart and Deployment to Image. The release description reports that charts with no outbound edges across 20 infrastructure repositories dropped from 238 of 260 to 109, and that 2,511 links were created between charts and objects. These figures are the release's report on that repository survey, and the first indexing after the upgrade requires one full rebuild.
